All domestic orders are processed and shipped within 2 working days, and delivery is expected within 5–7 working days. However, delivery times may vary for interior or remote areas, depending on the service offered by our delivery partners.
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on factors such as the product, packaging, size, volume, and type. These charges will be clearly provided at the time of checkout, so customers will be aware before making payment.
Orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Thrissur, Kerala, through our trusted shipping service partners.
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign at the time of delivery, please arrange for someone else to do so (e.g., a family member, colleague, or neighbor). However, Sedroveil is not responsible for goods signed by any alternate person.
Some courier partners may request an OTP (One Time Password) to complete the delivery process. This OTP will be sent to the phone number provided during order placement and must be shared with the delivery agent for successful handover.
Sedroveil is not responsible for any damage after delivery has been completed.
In case of shortages or damages, please notify our Customer Care within 24 hours of receiving the order. Include supporting images or videos to help us evaluate your concern.
