We will issue a product exchange for any item that is returned in a saleable and undamaged condition, in its original packaging, and can be verified to be damaged or faulty. Exchanges will be processed and completed within 4 working days from the date we receive the returned product. Please allow up to 7 days from the day we receive your returned package for your exchange request to be fully processed.
For all exchange or refund requests, write to us within 24 hours of receiving the product at info.sedroveil@gmail.com with the required information. Once we receive your complaint, please allow 4 working days for review and response.
If an exchange is approved, you will receive an authorization number, and we will arrange a reverse pickup of the product.
If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your account within 10–15 working days, as per bank guidelines. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

Damages due to negligence, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under our return/exchange policy.
Allergic reactions or skin issues are not covered.
Returns or exchanges due to personal dislike of the product, such as fragrance or color preferences, without any verifiable product issue, will not be accepted.
